Reports: Several shot at Carson City IHOP

Several people have been shot at a Carson City restaurant, according to Nevada newspaper reports.

The Reno-Gazette Journal says the people were shot at an IHOP. The Carson City Sheriff's Office reports that the IHOP is clear and the building is secure.

According to the Nevada Appeal, there are at least eight victims and the suspect reportedly used a semi-automatic weapon in the attack. The suspect was brought down by authorities, according to the report, though details were still emerging.
